"Late this spring our family learned it would need to purchase a condominium in San Diego before my granddaughter starts high school in late August. Neither my son’s family nor my wife nor I was familiar with San Diego, much less its real estate market. The first weekend in May my son and I flew to SD and met for the first time with Anne. She virtually gave us her whole weekend showing us the neighborhoods, a variety of properties and hearing what our needs/goals were. We left SD knowing a bit more about the housing market and that we had, in fact, met a wonderful, committed and knowledgeable realtor. Within only a few days Anne sent us video clips of a property that had just come on the market and was in the area near the school my granddaughter would be attending. It was time for us to again fly down to SD to visit the property and, if reasonable, write an offer. "I listed my house in Point Loma with Anne and was very pleased with the results. I live overseas and the house had been rented for 10 years and was very run down. A real mess. I needed to evict the tenant and then get in to renovate before putting the house on the market. A lot of work with a short amount of time due to living overseas.
