Anne is an exceptional agent! After bad experiences with two other agents who were either unethical, lazy or not very knowledgeable, I was fortunate enough to meet Anne at an open house she held one day in June 2016, about 6 months after my house search had begun. I was impressed with her candor and openness, so asked if she might help me find a home in Pt. Loma or PB that I love, meets my criteria and I can afford (a very tall order in those neighborhoods given my income). Over the next 6 months, Anne must have shown me at least 25-30 houses. I walked away from escrow twice after significant issues were revealed during inspections, and I lost one property because the unscrupulous listing agent later admitted he set up a deal with the sellers that netted them more if he represented both them and the buyer. During all of that, Anne always had my back and went way above and beyond my expectations to put a deal together so that I could buy a home I loved. Even during vacations with her family in Hawaii and Costa Rica, she was in touch with me by phone or e-mail almost every day. She is not only tireless and diligent about every aspect of her work, but always on time for appointments, 100% honest and fun to be with. She found the house I now own the morning it was first listed and as a result, I was the first to see it and have an opportunity to submit an offer. Escrow on this house probably set a record for the number of problems that arose - in this case, caused by either the seller or the owner of the house she was buying concurrently. Anne patiently and tirelessly worked to keep escrow from unraveling and on track for closing. Thanks to her, it finally came together and the sale closed. I cannot recommend Anne enough! If I ever sell my new home and buy another, I would not consider using anyone but her as my agent.

I first met Anne at a showing for one of her properties in Linda Vista and she was extremely knowledgeable about the Point Loma area where I live. When I inquired about rental/investment properties she was able to provide a great deal of honesty and information on her personal foray into the business side of things. Late this spring our family learned it would need to purchase a condominium in San Diego before my granddaughter starts high school in late August.
